لِإِيلَٰفِ قُرَيۡشٍ
TransliterationLieelāfi quraysh
Translation · Saheeh InternationalFor the accustomed security of the Quraysh
ecause of the habit of the Quraysh and their acquaintance.
إِۦلَٰفِهِمۡ رِحۡلَةَ ٱلشِّتَآءِ وَٱلصَّيۡفِ
TransliterationEelāfihim riḥlata ashshitāi wassayf
Translation · Saheeh InternationalTheir accustomed security [in] the caravan of winter and summer
ith travelling in the winter towards Yemen, and in the summer towards the Levant, in security.
فَلۡيَعۡبُدُواْ رَبَّ هَٰذَا ٱلۡبَيۡتِ
TransliterationFalyaAAbudoo rabba hatha al-bayt
Translation · Saheeh InternationalLet them worship the Lord of this House
hey should worship Allah alone, who is the Lord of this sacred house. He is the one who has made these journeys easy for them. They should not ascribe any partners to Him.
ٱلَّذِيٓ أَطۡعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٖ وَءَامَنَهُم مِّنۡ خَوۡفِۭ
TransliterationAlladhee aṭAAamahum min jooAAin waāmanahum min khawf
Translation · Saheeh InternationalWho has fed them, [saving them] from hunger and made them safe, [saving them] from fear
he one who has fed them from hunger, and given them security from fear by placing reverence of the Ḥaram and its inhabitants in their hearts.
